XGenus is a massage oil manufactured by Primagenus, a company based out of Malaysia. XGenus claims to be able to increase the size of the penis over long term use. Primagenus is a well reputed manufacturer that has been developing products since 1991. The manufacturer recommends that the oil is massaged into the body of the penis twice daily for optimal results. The oil allegedly works by dilating and enlarging the capillaries in the penis, the organ tissues will then expand in relation to the chemical process of rubbing the oil into the penis, therefore achieving a noticeable gain in tissue mass.

At this point, it must be noted that there is not an enhancement product in existence that is actually capable of enlarging the size of the penis. XGenus may be successful in increasing the firmness and fullness of an erection during arousal, but that will be the extent of its success. Surgical enhancement is currently the only means available for providing an increase in penile length or girth.

The full ingredient list is not supplied but the main active substance used is an extract of the Hirudo Medicinalis leech. Leeches, while not commonly used in products throughout North America, are widely used in Asia and have been for centuries, particularly in the area of sexual enhancement. This extract has a twofold effect – the Hirudin in the substance promotes blood flow through the capillaries, while the histamine dilates the blood vessels, encouraging that blood flow to the genital area.
