In the shopping arcade between the Perelik and Murgavets hotels you will be able to find ski-wear, racks of CDs and bare essentials. However, in most of the bigger hotels you can find their own miniature arcades, offering exactly the same stuff. When visiting Pamporovo, it will be an excellent idea to buy something, a little gift, to keep your unforgettable memories from this extraordinary Bulgarian ski resort alive.
　

There are taxis which are available in the resort center and at most major hotels. Also, you can use ski-buses to the ski-stations in the mornings and evenings, but during the day these services are limited.

There are half-day excursions to Plovdiv(second-largest town in Bulgaria) for sightseeing, Bachkovo monastery and the traditional town of Smolyan. Also, there are full-day excursions to Sofia for shopping and sightseeing, and Yagodina cave. Make your own decision what excursion will best suit your needs for sightseeing, but be sure to make at least one such trip, and there will be nothing more special you can do when making your holiday in Bulgaria.
　

The families will find that Pamporovo is a great place for them. The resort offers excellent savings all season on child lift passes and the resort run Ski Kindergarden. If 2 adults pre-book, then it will be free for 1 child to learn to ski or to learn to board and the local charge for additional children or second week will be approximately 80 euro. The Ski-kindergarden is operated by the ski-school and is located at the Ski-school meeting point at Malina Village, and is available to all children in Pamporovo, which are from 4 to 7 years old.

The price includes full-day care, lunch, equipment and basic tuition for 2 hours a day. However, bear in mind that this service can only be booked locally. The children, which are from 8 to 12 years old have the choice of the "Learn to ski" package for complete beginners or can take part in group tuition lessons, which includes a 6 day lift pass, ski and boot hire for 6 days, ski tuition for 6 days (4 hours per day) all from just 132 euro free starter pack!
